Alignment Specs On Slightly Lowered FB

My son was driving the other day and noted that with highway speed bumps or compressions the car ‘wallows’. For a second or two after a significant hit, the car seems unsettled… as if it’s searching for where it wants to sit.

Switched to Racing Beat springs (claimed 1” shorter than stock) and replaced ball joints a year ago. Was sure I had the car aligned right afterward, but checking my bank records now thinking my aged brain made that bit up.

So… off for an alignment. Given the shorter springs any reason to deviate from FSM numbers?

My opinion only. I would get maximum camber in the front and zero toe ( no negative or positive toe). The rear is not adjustable.

Well… I now know why the car was handling weirdly. Axle to Watts link bolt pulled through the bushings. Nut and washer were still in place, one bushing was totally missing and the other chewed up.

When I upgraded the rear axle I remember thinking that the original washer looked too small, but followed the Energy Suspension instructions and re-used the washer. Hardest thing I have learned in the four years of working on this car is to trust my instincts.
