Looks similar to one of the ones Selectmaz carries.

 

Looks like stock factory ducktail european and jap home market RX7s had. made of soft urethane rubber, not like US-made knock-offs here that were plastic or fibreglass. I know, got one sitting in parts shed

I don't have the website any more but it's the same company that makes that hood. The website was all in japanese, I looked into it sometime back, for that hood.

I always see this style referred to as "JSS" on Japanese sites.
