Advice on Wheel fitment

Hello all. I know this topic is done up to death. I have searched but can't find the exact info I need.
I ran into some very nice Epsilons but I don't know if they will fit.

Wheel specs: 16x7 Front - 16x8 Rear

I do plan to run ZG fender flares in the rear. I realise that most of the magic is in the backspacing. The seller said he would measure them and tell me tomorrow. I will post them as soon as I know.

Questions: Anyone know what the backspacing would need to be to fit without major issues? I am running Illumina's with Suspension Techniques springs lowered 1".

I also know that rubbing can depend on my tire so I would like to run 205's up front and a 245 or more in the rear.

Thanks guys.
