Question Adjusting the TPS?

85 gsl-se 13b aftermarket afm adapter and cone filter, other than that stock.

I just disconnected the power steering belt and the air pump belt. I like the steering feel without power steering, but my idle dropped to 650-700 rpm. I have heard adjusting the tps helps with idle speed. Anyone done this before?

Adjust the screw at the top of the Dynamic Chamber so the idle is a steady 750. Leave the TPS alone.
