Adjustable Rear Perch Question

So I was looking at my adjustable rear perches, and it looks like they mounted incorrectly.

They are at the bottom of the spring by the axle and not on top by the bumpstop.

Is this ok?

The coil spring insulators are toast...makes real thump over some bumps. Anyone have recommendations for replacements?

it doesn't matter where the perch is mounted, most of the time they are on the bottom.

for the insulators buy new Mazda 8871-28-013C, retail is $17.86, dealership will need to order but Mazda USA has tons
