MD AC Problem

Im tryin to get my AC goin but ran into a problem. Two but one is a easy fix. The Big problem i have is this. The system is fully charged. When i engage the compressor with a pressure gauge attached. I can see the pressure go down slightly then it goes to 0 PSI and then it shows a vac. When i go in the car to check if its blowing cold its blowing hot hummid air, Wich is outside air. When i look at the dryer peep hole i cant see it moving at all. Is there something im missing

Sounds like a stuck, or clogged expansion valve. Do you have a high side pressure reading?
