AC Problem

Hey

My AC cmpressor is bad.......If I want to have AC what is my cheapest route.......If I bought a used compressor?

all estimates for new or rebuilt is about 700.00......isnt there another way to do this?

700?? geez. I have seen rebuilt ones go for 200-300 bucks. Try www.expressauto.com or www.autopartsgiant.com or www.partsamerica.com

Look thru partstrader.com. I sold one thru there for like 50 bucks.
Expect to pay 50-75 for used.

700 for the whole thing

new compressor, new dryer, and evacuate and put new refrigerent in old stuff......they said the new would not do as well
