I just got a hold of a 84 gsl that was abandoned in vermont and it had tennesse plates. It was towed and all I had to do was pay the towing and storage fees. I even got some paper work from the police that signed the vehicle over to me. Its got high miles but no rust and lots of good parts. well worth the effort to check out...
