Well, there is one thing you guys can do ...
If you see a thread like that, go ahead and it the 'report ' (or something like that) button and it will fire off an email to Blair and myself giving the link and the reason it should be deleted.
This actually helps out quite a bit as I really don't have the time these days to read through each and every thread here (just too busy combined with the amount of traffic that's in here).
I've gotten a fair amount of these in the past, and while I don't always take action on them, I do always look at the thread to see if anything needs to be done.

That's actually another thing I should have mentioned ...
I've suggested a couple times now that we get rid of the post count, but so far haven't gotten the other admins/mods to really care about it so ...
In an effort to cut down on the BS posts, if I see a member in here who is just trying to pad his/her count, I'll likely delete it, and I can even go so far as to lower the post count. I'm not directing this at anyone in particular, but seriously, we need to cut down on the extraneous posts ...
