'84 Stereo Wiring?

I'm really confused about the wiring in my 84.. it had no stereo when i got it and this is what the wiring looks like. So far all ive found out with my multimeter is that the blue/white wire gets 12v switched. But I cant find a constant 12v. I read somewhere its supposed to be a red/black wire but I dont have that? And I cant even find a ground wire either? And I have like 2 duplicate color wires (for example, 2 blue/greens) is this how all fb's are? Where is that 12v constant (blk/red?) wire supposed to come from?

I also have the same problem! I'm waiting for the wiring harness for my stereo right now, but it would be nice to know how to wire it in right.

Blue yellow wire should be constant 12V. Blue white is switched. Red green is instrument lighting through the dimmer switch. No red black for the stock stereo. Stock ground is the metal in the dash. Main plug is J-04. A 6 terminal with only 4 terminals used. Looks like yours was cut off.

None of my blue/yellow wires get 12v. Where can I trace this back to?

Blue yellow wire is protected by a 15 amp fuse in the fuse block. Sitting in the driver's seat it is on the left side, second back from the front of the car. There are several Blue yellow wires. if any are grounded this fuse will blow.

FSM and wiring diagram is here. http://foxed.ca/index.php?page=rx7manual
