Car has been running great, but last night started acting funny. No longer holds the idle around 800rpm but more like 500 and studders while doing it. I get it down the road and if i have the gas pedal pushed down for crusing it acts like its not getting gas and not much power, and the occasional back fire. When i press the gas to the floor the car takes off and drives liek it should. So gas half way done drives liek ****, gas floored and runs fine. Any help would be appreciated.

 

sounds like maybe your fuel filter or air air filter have you checked the basics? plugs, wires, change filter fuel and air if need it be. if all are good then sounds like could be carb probs or fuel pump id start out at the basics thought first. good luck
