? 83 LE Mikuni

Hi fellows,

Did the 83 LE come with the Mikuni 44mm side draft carb or was that an aftermarket set up? Mine had it when I purchased it and am just curious.

All 79-83 Rx-7s came with a 4 barrel Nikki carb (GSL, SE, LE, etc.) IDAs and sidedrafts are all aftermakerts and are a HUGE improvement over the stock Nikki. I wish I had a Mikuni on mine.....

I knew the 79-83 came with the nikki4bl, they also came with 13" wheels. I just wandered if the mikuni was an added option for the Limited Edition Model just like the 14" Enkei Mesh wheels were.

I think the 14" wheels, champagne color, moon roof, and maybe a better sound system was pretty much the only differences for the LE.
