PA '83 idling low

What's up guys, I was driving my fb back up to college last weekend when at every stop sign my car would stall out. Checked it out and my oil cap was gone, limped it up to school and parked it. Just got my oil cap in the mail today and the motor is running but just very oddly, I don't know what a misfire sounds like on FB's but it sounds like that to be honest. I'll post a video soon of what it's doing. Any help would be appreciated.

if it sounds like a it not running right and you have a serious lack of power, you may have last compression. or you may not be firing on all faces. My first advice is to pull the plugs and clear out the chambers, and listen intently for a missing pulse in the compression, but if you have a tester, use it. I've never run without an oil cap on, so im not sure what kind of problems that could create. there are a large number of things that it could be though, a vid would help.

Make sure there is spark at each spark plug. It's shaking like it's only running on one rotor. It might be time for some general maintenance (plugs, distributor cap and rotor, air filter, oil & filter, and possibly plug wires).

My sparks were pretty nasty, changed them and tried it again, same deal. Took a look at the distributor and the rotor and cap desperately need changed. Doing that tonight, I'll update tomorrow

Did you test to ensure there is spark at each plug?

Mine idled like that when I lost the leading ignitor. Spark, fuel, and compression; something is lacking in at least one of those. Could also be a vacuum leak. That fuel gauge looked a bit low as well.
