83 fb steering probs

hey all, just wondering if anyone could help me out with some turnng issues. everytime i go around a corner under power i get a lot of vibration from the front of the car, it won't do it if i push the clutch while turning, or going in a straight line. i was thinking it was the idler arm bushings, but if they were worn would it have that kind of effect. also is there anyway of adjust the steering box, the steering is pretty loose, also just before i put new front rotors and pads on the car and checked the bearings while i was at it and they were fine
thanks in advance
steve

Is it coming from the rear? Maybe it is your differential since it is not doing it under load. What model car do you have?

If your car is a GSL or if you have installed a LSD rearend it sounds like you need to add some of the LSD lube additive to the rearend. I had a car with similar sound symptoms as yours and that turned out to be the problem. Possibly could be caused by worn bearings in the front also. Does it do it as you turn both directions or just in one direction. If it is just in one direction I would tend to think bearings. If it does it both directions I would look at the rear diff.

Good Luck!
