OH 83 12a wont start

i work for a garage, we got a customers 83 rx7 with the 12a in it, we put a motor in the car about a year ago for the customer, towed it in today said it was driving find had what he thought was plenty of oil pressure but the car was smoking under the hood, then he noticed there was a oil cooler line blown off, so he fixed the line himself and now the car wont start and it has a coolant leak by the radiator, cant tell if its just the hose not on right or radiator cracked, but i pulled the dipstick out and the oil is like the color of chocolate milk, very creamy brown... does it sound like hes buying another motor? think he got coolant in the oil and that means bye bye??

first thing i'd do would be drain the oil and inspect it with a high power flashlight to see if you can find metal flakes floating in it. If you do, then the bearings have been eaten and a motor is needed. I'd also put some cheap oil in the motor and do a compression test, just to make sure that the motor has good compression. If the motor flooded out, go through the de-flooding procedure.
