Well first of all.... how many wires are comming off of the turbo? :snicker: You could probably make a great shirt from the diagram. :hehe: Mabey make make some good iron bread from neading the mods.

So what did you get? Just the turbo?

most hte wires im guessing you dont need, as im sure the 12a turbos never had a rats nest... therefore you should just not worry about it and hook up what normaly should be... spark plugs starter alt, ya know the basic basic stuff... then fire her up

Contact Corksport.com as they bring in the 12a from japan regularly and ship with computers. They might have some for you.

Every stock RX-7 has some kind of ECU under the passenger kick pannel.

??? Not on ours...

Anyway, maybe he could try to contact Hitman about 12AT info.

I know he has some info on his site.
An aftermarket ECU might be a solution, but it sounds a bit overly expensive considering the power output of the J-spec 12AT.

I think what hornbm was thinking of is the emissions control computer. Maybe its a US only thing, but I do believe all of them here got one.

The same motor mounts and trans mounts are used. The 12at has a diffant trans I think only a little heavier conponants. The 12at also come with power stearing like the gsl-se. I beleave it has the same fuel pump as the gsl-se.
