I'm going to try and take some pics tomorrow. I've been soo busy working on it that I haven't had a chance to take pictures and upload them onto my photobucket account. At this rate, I should have it running by Friday or Saturday.

^^Thanks

Believe it or not, it's Rustoleum Hammered Black. The Hammered Silver and Hammered Black paints have been the only ones that worked well and stayed on, and it leaves a thicker layer than other paints from Rustoleum and most other brands.

It's for the liquid intercooler that's being used. The system is: Reservoir > electric pump > "radiator" (actually an A/C evaporator core) > Moroso Cool Can > back to the intercooler > reservoir. Basically, after the "coolant" gets as cool as possible after going the the "radiator", the cool can will cool it even further than that before it goes back into the intercooler---well, when there's ice or dry ice in it that is.

Well, I got it started and running for the 1st time about 2 hrs. ago!! It pretty much started up on the 1st try and was really smoky from burning up all the assembly lube, etc. as well as running very rich. I decided to run my megasquirt ecu with the ms-1 processor instead of his with the ms-2 processor because I'm not familiar with the ms-2 software yet.
I'll try and get a few more pics up as well as posting a video sometime soon.

about 550+ miles on it, but ran into a problem:
12 psi from 3.5k - 5.5k for a total of about 4 seconds, IAT's reach 161F on an 80F day. Cruising IAT's are between 101 - 109 (usually 107).

i've always been under the impression that most liquid to air intercoolers are best used in a drag situation where you can run ice in the resivoir.

Small update:
Changed the exhaust turbine housing to a .96 tang. as well as added an air/air intercooler. Some other miscellaneous things too, but I can't remember at the moment.

Wow, the things I forget about sometimes. Here's some pics from September of 2010. There's more in the photobucket account. I gotta find where I put the rest...
