79 idle air bleed valve?

79 idle air bleed valve?

i read about the idle air bleed valve in the second gen section, so im not sure if my sa would have one, but if so, anyone have any pictures or notes?

i havnt been able to find anything in my chiltons book on em =/

I'm not certain what you mean by "idle air bleed valve".
There are idle air bleeds, but no different than other carbs, and there is a seperate fuel and air valve for the idle mixture- fuel controlling the idle speed, air controlling the mixture. (The adjustable fuel valve was replaced by a pressed-in jet in 81)

Maybe you mean the power valve found in the 79s?
