Pretty much what the title says. The battery is dead as f, so I jump it with a strong battery, push the button and there is a buzzing sounds from the latch, but it won't open, even with someone pulling up from the outside, any ideas?

 

Sorry, I realize it was just so corroded that the electronics couldn't pull the latch, dug deeper and got it apart
