Gauge Cluster

My clock went out too in my 80.. I looked at the back of the clock and found that water got inside because of a leaky door seal. Anyway you can try to remove the gauge console from the dash and clean it up and oil the parts in the back of the clock. It my help I dicided to restore my Rex so I replaced to whole gauge cluster. It takes about 20 Mins to replace.. Look on ebay for one and ask lots of questions before you purchase.
