Just ordered a set from ebay. No hesitation to pull the trigger with the new design and material.
I have taken my headlight actuator assemblies out to clean them up and get the rust proofing out of that whole area.
What lubricant is recommended for this material? Was thinking white lithium grease.

Thanks for the vote on that. I would love to be a sticky, but i dont think its fair to the companies that do pay to be here.
I am not a company and just a guy providing some parts to fund the addiction, but the 5 year plan is to start a small business to provide hard to find or NLA parts for vintage JDM cars.
Just have to amass enough equipment and figure out needed products before such a thing is viable.
I will be back, to be alongside those paying companies at that time and then, i definitely want to be on the sticky threads.

Currently being made are:
Headlight bushing
Wiper bushings
Door lock surround
Door pull cups
FC rx7 headlight bushings.
Been asked about the screw covers for the interior trim panels which I think are fairly easy to make, but have not had anyone to send me dimensions to make some test pieces. My FB has not had an interior in over 9 years.

@kutukutu1 Screw covers for the door? I believe I have one side maybe. I'll try to remember and look tonight. If I do I can ship it to you or do whatever.

These look really good kuku, but I need to know, are they as good as the originals?
The originals were made of some kind of teflon plastic, which gave then great frictional properties and endurance, most are still functional after 30 years.
Would you be willing to submit a set for a quality test?
Thanks
Ray

Just want to let everyone know that due to the virus material for bushings is out of stock pretty much everywhere and the few that do have are charging 3 times the usual amount. This material is also being used for the printed mask.
Hopefully things normalize soon and material cost comes down to reasonable levels again and I can get back to making parts for the community. Thanks for understanding.

Just bought a set, works well.
Only installed 1 since that particular bushing was completely broken. The top one on the passenger side has been held together with JB Weld for at least 12 years.
I didn't have to take the battery out and was able to install it with one hand. I'll replace the rest as they go.
