Yes, that's what I'm running. I have 225-50-16's in the back and do need to roll/trim the inner fender a bit though. front, 205-45-16's no issue ---- 205-50-16's issue while turning.

im running 15s with 205 50s i think (they are on my 323 GTX)

With 15's I think you should be okay all around.
