6 port Turbo Blow through..........*cough*...hey, robert... *cough*

I want to know only from people who have built or helped build a 6 port turbo blow throughs how much hp you have made, track times, and or the setup that allowed you to acomplish your goals. No "I've heard, or "you should" examples please. I know what I've got planned, but I'm thinking I might need to go 4 port to make my goals possible. Thats why I want to hear from you.
Thanx....

p.s. Robert please chime in....

200 hp is no problem..... with your 45 weber, and a stock s4 or s5 turbo @ 10psi non intercooled...
space out the turbo and your good to go...
lock the dizzy, use turbo 2 spark plugs....
2 1/2 d/p to your existing exhaust..

easy

spool is up rediculous, you'll almost be cruising in boost. sounds great at first but can cause issues. other than that, it's easy to detonate on them so back the timing out a good bit with the locked dizzy. we're running one here and it's pretty damn quick, but i think it's at it's max potential unless we get a bigger turbo or lower the compression. either way, DO IT. you will be happy with the end results.

well I was going to build a blow through supercharged bridge 6port engine. was hoping for about 250 to the wheels and a redline about 8k-8500k. Now I'm thinking about turboing it. arg... decisions. decisions... Well the goal is 300 flywheel hp. so about 250 to the wheels. should I just find a t2 engine and blow through that? cause either way it has to be carburated.

if it aint broken then dont fix it(the motor)
now go eat some cheese

I'm actually eating scheese as i type. its velvita and getting all over the keyboard. Problem is the enigne is getting very tired. it was eating all the water every 200 miles. Then I put the blocking crap in it about 4 months ago, and it has not eaten a drop of water since. So I don't really trust it with boost...

ohhh all right ..
get a complete s4 or s5 turbo motor and put that in. just swap over your front engine cover, oil pan and weber, your turbo! .. it will have everything you will need and wont eat all your coolant...

they have bigger exhaust ports. the key in making power with a boosted motor, big exhaust ports..

humpf.... well I personally think I'm going to try and go with a half bridge s3 13b. as far as turbo's go I don't think I'm going to use a stock turbo if I go that route. Do you know of any other manufactures stockturbos that might be better than a fc turbo?

yes, do not get a 16g. why not just hybrid the stock one? you will get well over 300rwhp from a nice one with the .60 comp wheel. WOOOOT. properly sizing a turbo for a rotary is no easy task. tell me your exact power cravings (ie. power band, how much power, boost, etc..) and i can probably source you out your best bet for a turbo. but i can go ahead and tell you to get a damn hybrid. hahaha, easiest best bang for the buck for the most hp!! woot. or you could buy my t66 lol!

Well I want 250 to the wheels. And I hate turbo lag. I want it to spool so early it gets annoying, but doesn't run out of breath up high. My buddie has a Mazdaspeed Protege. And that turbo starts boosting at 2500 rpm. I love it, but it runs out of breath at about 6200 rpm.

fb2 is right ,16g is waaaay to small
a s4 or s5 upgrade will spool up instantly and make 300 hp easily!! you wont need to waste $$ on a exhaust manifold or w/g either
