5th & 6th ports froze.

So, I took off the LIM, cleaned every bit of carbon out of it, took the sleeves out, cleaned the sleeves, installed pineapple sleeve inserts, and put everything back together on the bench. The actuator rods go up and down like butter----real easy. So, I put LIM back on car, actuator rods will not move at all. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Mike

Mike,

You have to make sure that when you reassemble that you line the sleeves up with the marks on the gasket. This is so when you reassemble that the rods slip over the actuator sleeves in the correct location.
