5.38's WHERE TO GET THEM???

I know they came in some of the older mazda pickups stock and will work in the 1st gen rear ends... what models and what years???

4.444 in the front axel of 87-88 Mazda 4wd trucks will fit. Never hear of the 5.38 but would like info on them.

4.88 and 5.12 came in Suzuki Grand Vitara front axels. Mazda made lots of parts for those sport-cutes.

Will the ring and pinion out of the mazda 4wd trucks fit into a GSL-SE rear posi?

I could have swore I heard somthing about the 5.38's in the older mazda pu's... if I took the ring gear out of the front of one of those trucks would I have to flip my axel to make it work right?

oh yeah I am talking about the open rears in the series 1... going to have to do a welding job...
