I used an off the shelf throttle return spring bracket that I bent a little different and drilled the hole a little bigger on, but it was only $2.99 at Pep Boys in their V-8 dress up section. I also used one for the throttle return spring bracket as showin in this picture, but I later moved it to the firewall because the bolt it was under wasnt tightening down properly causing an air leak, so dont try and put it there .

most people just get an alternator bracket, bend it and bolt it to the engine block's tranny inspection plate.
