I tried searching for this but the thread I am thinking of is not coming up. Someone posted a new thread specifically stating that they knew of a place that for sure had #300 N&S for a Dell. Damn these Dell parts can be scarce.

you can ask jorge @ european motorworks to pick up some 300 needle and seats next time he's in italy if none are available anywhere else.

i called cb performance a few months ago and they haven't had one "for a while and won't be getting anymore".

Yeah, thats what they told me too. Its weird because everyone acts like #300 is so huge, I was able to get a hold of a #420 which is gigantic, but I cant find the #300 to save my life! I'm still hoping that kind person will resurface with that link.

Are you sure you even need to replace it?

Yeah, the one that came in the carb was a #225, and that #420 is too huge.

D&G Valve Mfg, Co,, Inc. needle valve/seat assy's 08/92
8 MT. Vernon St. Grose-Jet
Stoneham, MA 02180
617/438-1773

These guys make their own needle and seat called Grose Jet. uses two ***** to seal instead of needle and seat. They come in several sizes that I believe are in standard (americal) sizes so they don't match up in size 100%.

Go with the size that converts to being slightly smaller than 3.00 mm. Because I have the size that is slightly larger and it was too large and put too much pressure on the float and pushed too much gas into the float bowl at part throttle or idle.
