Good luck

ALOT of work. If your up for a bit of work, go for it.
You'll need the 2nd gen, ECU, AFM, wire harness, fuel system, and custom fit the intake, won't bolt on.
remove the GSL-SE engine wire harness, then use the 2nd gen, change the sensors, and wire. jump up and down once or twice, and click your heels.

If all goes well, you have a possible running engine, the GSL-SE block is diff than the 2nd gen so the ECU might be lost without a SAFC to change some things,

and this is if its an 86-88 motor, 89+ ALOT more work and the block is more different.

the 86 has 11HP more, lot of work for 11HP

I did this with standalone fuel management system, waste of time and money, you can get more of a bang for your buck by going to some good carbs.

I threw about $4k out the window, and ruined alot of good parts too
