2nd gen leading coil

1. Who is running the leading coil from a second gen in their FB?
2. And who's got the second gen ignitor firing it?

If you answered yes to BOTH of those I'd like to know how you did it.

Aren't the ignitors and coils combined into one unit on the 2nd gens?

So no one has it using the second gen ignitor? I'll try to figure it out myself, but if anyone already knows please post it.

I was going to do it but fire it off the 1st gen ignitor. It' worked fine, but I didn't do any long term tests (the coil from the 2nd gen is half the resistance of the first gen coil) I was thinking it might eventually fry the 1st gen ignitor over time. But since then I got an MSD 6a and going to install that.

I'm firing off the 1st gen ignitor right now, but I want to use the second gen ignitor because the first gen one is made for a coil with more resistance than the Second gen coil has.
