2nd Gen Headlight Conversion

I keep looking at my headlights in my FB and realizing i look like a miata or porsche going down the road. has anyone done a 2nd gen rx-7 headlight conversion to the first gen? if so, do you have pictures, because i'm sure i'll end up doing it in the near future if its possible if not i'll try and DIY it. haha. and thats never a good thing. I used the mazspeed tutorial on how to make a cold air intake and just used the ideas, not the actual format but needless to say mine looks better, and will look clean if i can make a hole for the hose through the radiator support mountain bracket piece. anyway off topic, is the headlight conversion possible? thanks in advance.

cool guess not then. i'll still try and do it myself because 1st gen headlights blow. i'll check if the connection in the back is the same. if it is, all i have to do it take out the circular mounting bracket, make my own custom bracket and mount the second gen headlights in. i'm sure its easier said than done.
