2nd gen body kit on 1st gen...

anyone think that the mode 6 2nd gen kit can be put on with mim. custom work??? i really like the look of it and my body is trashed to hell

i would have to say no. the dimensions for the car are totally different. but hey, anything is possible with enough money and time!

I think it would take a LOT of custom work. Besides, that's like putting catchup on a porterhouse. Why would you wanna do such a thing?

lol, ketchup on a steak. i aree with that. it would ruin the flavor of the car. perhaps you could photochop it to see what it would look like.

It can be done, BUT it's extremely difficult and takes a huge amount of work to make it look even close to anything good. I've seen a guy who did it and the car didn't look that good. Btw, he also chopped the roof off his car.... I would NOT recommend this conversion...
