That explosion had power to it. Its like a small bomb went off in the engine bay. Sounds like the whole thing seized up afterward too.

Yikes on that! And I thought I had a lot of power with a 12a with a turbo! PLEASE folks, be careful to not under build your supercharged 20b's when you put them in a FB!!!!! PLEASE, and then give up 6.5second 1/4mile runs everytime.

From what I read last night, the actual motor is fine, It was the intake and various peices of sheet metal that are all screwed up. According to the owner, the driver was modullating the throttle which caused fuel to get backed up in the intake and when it backfired, BOOM!!!!
