got a couple of questions. im looking at buyin a 1st gen.

what gas mileage do you guys get?

will a streetport cause you to fail emissions?

Im gettin Bout 25+ since I cleaned the actuators, shaved the sleeves, removed the emmissions and cats but before, stock, I got 20+.

k would a street port cause me to get worse gas mileage?

most likely... more air= more fuel to compensate. More power, though!!!

if its properly tuned you should be able to pass emissions with a streetport. but if for some reason you can't, there are ways to force it to pass

haha well i think im gonna buy it. its a 79SA with a rebuilt streetport. it also coems with a 84gsl/se parts car. and i found a used turbo kit for it for 600 bucks. not bad. will keep you posted
