Well, what type of carbs does he have? if the carb is a Webber he can just buy a TD that will sit ontop the intake manifold.. then buy injectors and a fuel computer....

http://www.twminduction.com/

These guys sell Webber style TBs that you can use..
For the computer you could do something like a Haltech F9.. And for injectors pick up some injectors off http://www.thepartstrader.com they should work...

I would probably do 2 550cc injectors.. Maybe 4.. anyone got a fuel calc?

You can buy a square flange TB just the same.. do a search on google for one.. BTW you should be looking for a 500-600CFM...

thanks again....

yeah i know i told him 450cfm actually but he has a street port so racing beat says he should get a 550cfm.

so a throttle body and fuel computer.

so it would go somewhat like this:

throttle body replacing carb. then put 4 injectors (TII 550's) plummed into tb. am i right on this so far because i dont have a clue really. and a f9 haltech replacing his stock ecu.

how much you think this will run?

thanks again....

Well, the f9 is about $1K so it is pretty expensive...
But you can watch the partstrader for used ones..

Also there is a company called SDS that might have something you could use.. Or there is the wolf 2d....

Everything you had there looked good..

A TB usually will cost you ~$300-400

BTW is his motor a 12a????

In that case if you are low on money pick up a 13B manifold & TB.. Then pull off all of the crap & put some block off plates on it.. port it as you like & run that... then all you would need is the computer...

You can use the manifold from a TII, that would be the cheapest.. I know someone who has the TB & upper manifold off of a 90TII that he'd probably sell you..
his email is kurgan@darkcloud.org tell him i sent you..
