1st gen to 2nd gen interchange?

are any of the suspension parts interchangeable ? were hauling it to the crusher Tuesday

the 2nd gen that is

Not really. and depends even more so on the year of first gen.

The main usable parts are brake stuff. The suspension is very different.

You could technically use the front subframe but its a tricky swap.

yea thats kinda what i figured , its got all brand new calipers so im gonna pull those

You should look at some of the threads on big brake swaps, as some second gen parts are used, but mostly you need the parts from a first gen gsl-se, and then the calipers, and perhaps mounting brackets from the second gen. Otherwise, like everyone says, nothing else is useful. 'Course, maybe that's why the second gens handle so much better on the track.
