The leather after 30 years can get really stiff and start to tear. Mine were so bad I just ended up having them reupholstered.

Woah! those look sweet! I think the tear in the driver's seat is a function of age, how the chair was positioned combined with the entry habits of one of the owners. Possibly 1 million cycles of blue jeans sliding across the same spot?

The seats in the 7 are extremely comfortable!They beat the heck out of my mazda 6!

The joystick served no purpose when I replaced the radio with a modern one. I still have the original radio in a box but it was in pretty bad shape.
