1985 gsl revival

Just picked it up this morning saved it from the bone yard.
Real clean car for 152k.13b carbon locked
Well with a leap of faith some atf and a big a$$ breaker bar. She is roaring back to life guys! Now to figure out the idle issue

Alright guys been working for about 4 hours I can't get it to idle. It runs fine about 2k and revs up smooth and nicely. But if it drops below that it trys to cut out and picks back up. Will do that 2-3 times then dies
Then if I try to drive it it has no power

Well did a compression test one rotor is completely dead
