Show my rear antenna for my 1985 GSL RX7 is stuck in the upright position and fully extended does anyone know how I can retract it so it goes all the way back down?

 

Do you know if it's a mechanical failure or lack of 12 volts?

 

It might be a lack of 12 volt. How would I check to see if it is?

 

When you turn the radio on and off, can you hear the antenna motor running?

If not, to start, you will need to remove the right rear speaker cover amd check the connector at the antenna and ensure the connector is tight and that there is not corrosion on the pins. From there I can direct you to start checking for voltage at the connector.
