1985 13b

Hello all,
I need your help I am in the need of a mechanic in the Riverside or San Diego area.
My 13b has been running bad and I have tried every trick in the book. WELL this weekend I decided to do a compression test and GUESS WHAT the front rotor has no compression at all. I have never worked on a Rotory motor before and a little scared to try so I think its either find a long block or find someone to rebuild it IF its rebuildable.

Sorry for the story.
Any help on find someone to rebuild it or a place to by a long block would be appreciated.

Thanks
Greg
