1985 12a Shutter Valve Installation

Hello RX-7 Club Members!

I've been having an issue with adjusting my throttle position sensor correctly. When hooking up two voltmeters in making the adjustment, the engine runs rough when I get both meters in synch. Thinking back a few years after installing a new shutter valve, that's when the issue began. Perhaps the two holed linkage connector to the carb was incorrectly connected. There's no mention of how it should be positioned in any of my manuals. It's a long shot but I'm hoping this may be causing the problem. Any info, especially pictorials, on how it should look installed would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Just thought if I headlined the shutter valve in a separate thread it would focus on that aspect of it more.
