I've got a Green 1983 Rx7 for sale... the back rotor does not make compression so i'm assuming that the motor is shot and needs a rebuild. the 5spd trans is still strong with just over 100k miles on it. the clutch is new as of 7k miles. the seats are a little torn but could be re-upholstered. the dash is in great shape the rear end makes no noises. The car had no power steering. You could pull any major part off of this car and it would be in good condition. I live in a south suburb of Chicago and I really need to get rid of this car as it cannot sit on my parents property any longer. I'm not asking much... as a matter of fact I'm taking offers. If you're REALLY close to me, i could drive it to you. Even though the back rotor is gone, it still runs and you can drive it up to about 45 mph.

do you have any pics of the car available? is the car rusty or have any broken glass?

 

i will get pics of the car tomorrow... i am away at school and the car is at home.. ill have my sister take pictures and email them to be... IMO the body is fine.. no broken or chipped glass... manual windows but they work fine. the trunk glass needs new hatch holdup shocks or whatever their called.. the front bumper has 2 cracks in it at the bottom but no peices are missing... there is no visible rust... there may be some rust but ive never looked under the car... if you want you can Email me or IM me on AIM: SlideSidewaysRx7... ill get those pictures up as soon as i can.

actually its been sitting outside for a few months so ill have to go home and look under... i know that if it does have any it is surface rust and can be sandpapered off... im almost positive it was undercoated regularly im in chicagoland area... email me if you have any other questions
