Sorry...I can't help it....17 foot wheels won't clear the fenders....
Ahem...just consider that a bump.

i have a gsl with the se suspension ( 4x114.3) eibach springs and tokico shocks/struts.

i have 17x7 wheels with the 40mm offset. (cheap fwd rims off ebay) they fit and will work if using a tire thats 215x40x17 any bigger and it will rub. 205's would be better, but thats not enough meat for me!.

those rims are nice, but how much do they weight compared to the stock rim?

i lost about a .5 sec in the 1/8 when i put on the 17" rims/tires.

you could pay like 1200 each rim for some buddyclubs >=]

Dude those will look great on a 1st gen, and theres enough space tween the spokes to clean them easily.

post some photos after install.

they're 21 lbs according to one site...seems fairly heavy...what does the stock rim weigh?...i'd assume that you would take into consideration the tire weight...a 205/50/17 coompared to a 205/60/14 as well...

im not worried about losing tiny bits of time on a 1/4 mile...this car will be a daily driver and i want looks...

hey carl, i love the side skirts on your car..i've seen lots and those are my fav. can you please tell me where i can find them? the rear wrap around is nice too, i just don't like the front spoiler, too subtle for me...(no offence)...your car is sweet!...

oh, and don't you have the adaptors to change the wheel pattern on your car, and doesn't that make the wheels stick out a little more as to not hit the shocks? or is your swap a full gsl-se swap? thanks

also, what size guages do your guage pillar pods hold? i need to find a solution to move my guages from the stereo location (they're too big to put in a row of 3)
