Will this offset work ok on a FB, I'm a idiot when it comes to wheel types......

Should work out just fine! I run 16*7 on my SA, and i run a +15 offset.

They will stick outside the fender though, you might want to consider rolling them!

It sure will. Just sold a set of Enkeis (about a month or two ago) with those measurments that came on my car when I bought it.
