problem with searching is that it always brings up the wrong info anyway... like hijaced threads etc.
Anyway, a TII swap will cost anything from a few bucks to major money.
It depends on several things: can you do some fabrication yourself? (engine mount, modified front cover...) Do you have the parts? Can you get them cheap? Or expensive?
Want stock ECU/coils/... or go aftermarket EMS? Want to use TII transmission or not? Want FMIC?
You see, there are countless options here.
I paid about 1200 euro (1465US $) for my J-spec engine, which is cheap overhere. I also get about 750 euro back from selling my old 12A (bought it brand new, now has about 10k miles on it). By selling my other parts, I can keep costs low, but if you start from a stock car, you won't be able to sell anything.
Since I only just started the preparation work for the TII swap I cannot tell you what the final cost will be, but I guess it won't be cheap

It costs about $75, it takes about an hour and there are no modifications needed.

You should put one in your car. It's easy!

It'll also make your car fly like a bird.
