I am looking for a good 13B engine for my project (a kit car). It must have a distributor type ignition. I'll be adding an aftermarket intake manifold and a Weber or Holley carb. I have a good 1981 RX7 5-speed manual transmission (FB type) that I will be using.

A stock engine, or a mildly ported (street) is OK, but nothing too radical. The car will only weigh about 1600 lbs, so I don't need excessive HP.

A crate engine or a newly rebuilt engine would be great. Even a "good" used engine would work. I have a non-running used 13B that could be used for a core that could be rebuilt.

I live in Minnesota but shipping is OK. I would also be able to travel to pick it up. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.
