13b twin turbo in fb

Me and my friend were talking, he owns a fd and i own an fb he wants to put a 20b in his car and i was telling him i would be willing to take his engine and have it put in my car, how feasible is this, and how many other things would i have to upgrade in order to make this swap and amount of power succesful in my car...ie:suspension, rear end, brakes, etc ....any input or thought on the matter would be awsome.. and a little more info for everyone his engine produces about 400hp and was rebuilt about 15000 miles ago.

get the full wiring harness, ecu, and all the sensors. then you will have to build a custom cradel for the rear engin mounts.
