Red face 13b TII Swap

I have a good understanding about what i need to do to install one in my 1st gen, but what are you guys doing "ignition" wise? When i buy one, i would like to keep the FI, and get a aftermarket ecu.. im thinking megasquirt because its cheap. I think my biggest concern is with the ignition set up. What are my options?
Thank you.

Thanks, thats alot of links to some good info i appretiate it. Do you know if the N/A 13b ignition is the same as what they used on the 13b turbo II? I think i have what i need if its fine to use that with the turbo. Also, couldnt i just use distrubutor and all thats in my 1st gen now with the 13b?

you can use the distributor, with a MSD boost timing master, what it does is that retard the ignition when the turbo is making boost. that what im gonna use on mine.here a pic of it
