Exclamation 13b swap not starting

okay now another problem for me. So almost everything is in i'm just a little confused on where everything goes and needs to be to be running. But from my understanding it should run now. Here is my problem it turns over has fuel and great compression. It doesent even try to start it just turns over. now i take my plugs out and they are covered in moca. i clean them off and then put them back in and nothing. so i take them out again and they're wet with water and smell like the cleaner i used to clean the engine so i crank it with the plugs out to spray out the water for like 3 minutes. then i put some cleaned-up old plugs i had and try to start it again and nothing. so i take the plugs out again they're wet. WTF if i'm getting any spark wouldn't that be enough to burn out the little water left. what now i'm soo lost and just about to give up on everything.

Pour a few ounces of oil down the carb. bump it a few times and give it a go.

lol, take the carb off!! I know what you mean though, I have a sidedraft too and that is what i do. I have hex bolts though yours might be different. I have succeded in using a restuarant mustard bottle and a piece of fuel hose to get the oil in there. kind of a pain in the *** though, taking off the upper intake is alot easier imo.

Turn it over a bit more to get all the excess crap out, pour a bit of oil in to help it build up some compression, make sure the battery is fully charged, install clean plugs and try again. If that fails roll start the bitch.
