13B Six Port Actuator Valve question

I'm wondering if anyone is able to take a picture of the front actuator that is right behind the smog pump and maybe a measurement. this is for a GSL-SE motor.

I pulled my intake, cleaned and replaced the actuators with the atkins ones a month or so ago. The car was acting like the actuators were not opening even thought everything is free and working good. I was looking at the front one over the weekend and it looked like it is getting caught on the clamp for the pipe that comes out of the back of the smog pump. I'm wondering if maybe the v-belt I have on it isn't long enough.

Is it normally that close where it is basically touching?

Thanks to dave, it is figured out. The belt that's on the air pump is one size too small causing the hose clamp to hit the actuator.
