Looking at buying the 13b re in the pic below...I don't know much about the 13b but if someone could tell me what goes on these bolts circled on the intermediate plate just above the front housing. I feel like quite an idiot, but I just can't remember what is supposed to go there and looking at my 12at didn't help because I still couldn't remember...

 

Maybe the water pump. It looks pretty clean.
